A Great Victoria Day Cocktail/Mocktail - Earl Grey Tea Infused

Looking for a custom cocktail recipe that combines your favourite tea with yumminess?
What you need:
- 1/4 cup Earl Grey-infused Gin, see how-to below (for mocktail use cooled tea)
- 2 tbsp Simple Syrup, see how-to below
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 3 drops Peach Bitters (or peach juice)
It's simple to make:
- Add Earl-Grey infused Gin with Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Egg White and Peach Bitters/Juice in a cocktail shaker
- Add a handful of ice
- Shake for 15 sec.
- Strain into the martini glass
- Spoon foam on top
- Garnish with a lemon peel or lavender if you like
- Enjoy!

- Combine 1 cup of your favourite Gin with 3 teaspoons of One Earth Royal Cream Earl Grey Tea in a Mason jar
- Infuse for 2 hours, then strain

- Cool before using
