What is your return policy?

Items are eligible for return within 30-days of your ship date. All items must be returned in its original condition (unused and unaltered) and in original packaging. 

Important note: original shipping charges are non-refundable you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us and a return processing fee will be deducted at the time of refund.

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Gift Sets and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Only items purchased on or purchased from one of our three retail stores will be eligible for return.
  • Both items from a BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promotion must be returned together in order to receive a refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

 Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed upon arrival at our workshop. Once the return is approved you will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been processed. It may take your bank or credit card company up to 7 business days to process the credit once the refund is issued. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

What if my product arrived damaged?

If your package or product was damaged during shipment, notify us immediately at -  In your message, please include your order number along with an attached photo of the damaged package and/or damaged item(s). 

Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required for your claim to be processed.
