Our team is working hard to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking information by email or text as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop in Niagara, Ontario.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping within the Canada + United States:

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $125 (before tax and shipping).  For orders under $125 we charge a flat rate shipping rate between $12-$15 depending on the location. The appropriate shipping rate will pop up at checkout based on your shipping address.

Your order may ship via Canada Post or UPS depending on the package weight and destination. Please know that for non domestic orders - Applicable duties, tariffs or other fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the order.

International Shipping:

We offer flat rate shipping of $25 regardless of order price. Please know that it may take additional time if you order from places other than Canada + the USA. 

How long does shipping take?

After completing your online purchase, you will receive an email or text showing when your products have been shipped. The confirmation email will include all of your shipment information and your shipment tracking number. Shipments can take anywhere from one to two business days to two weeks because of the handmade nature of our products and based on current order volume.

'Shipped' means the order is packed, labelled and ready for the carrier to pick up. Pick-up times vary due to driver schedules, traffic, weather and other factors. Often shipping companies take several days to update their websites.

How can I edit my shipping address or change my order after it is placed and paid for?

Unfortunately, we are unable to update shipping addresses after an order is placed, as our system begins processing it right away.  Please be sure to double-check your shipping address and your order contents before submitting your order. 

My package says "delivered" but I haven't received it.

We're so sorry—there’s nothing worse than a no-show!

If you haven’t received an order, but it has been marked as successfully delivered for at least two business days, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a service request/non-receipt case, which will allow their team to investigate what may have gone wrong.
