SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our production facility in Crystal Beach, Ontario. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Within Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Local Niagara Region:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/location of your order. Free shipping in Canada is available on orders over $150 CDN.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Local Pickup Customers in the Niagara region may arrange pickup at our Niagara-on-the-Lake location. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Delays Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (summer months and holidays) or due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
